Questions / Answers
Question: What do I need to bring with me to the store for service?
Answer: You would bring just your Desktop and any additional software you want us to load on there. We do not need the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or desktop power cable. If you have the Drivers CD or Operation System CD, it would help speed up the turn-around time of your system.
Question: What is the usual turn-around time for my computer to be fixed?
Answer: We usually have most of the systems that fall into this category fixed within 24 hours, if you need it sooner, please let the associate who checked the computer in so we can accommodate you.
Question: Does the price of the repair include hardware?
Answer: No, the price is just for the labor to fix the computer. If additional parts are needed, we will call you and get authorization to proceed.
Question: If I want my computer to be formatted and reloaded, will I need to do once I take it home?
Answer: After a format and reload, you will need to reinstall your applications, peripherals such as printers, and configure your settings. If you chose to have your data backed up, it will be restored to C:\backup and a shortcut will be provided to your desktop. Please keep in mind that although your data files are backed up, applications and peripherals will still need to be re-installed.
