Question: Can you send a technician out the same day? What are the time I can schedule an On-Site?
Answer: We always have techs on hand 24/7, however due to contract obligations or prior bookings, please call and confirm. Normal hours of operation for On-Site is between 11AM and 8PM Monday through Saturday. We do offer 24/7 support for customers under a service agreement. Please see our Business Services and Pricing for further detail.
Question: How much does it cost? How am I billed?
Answer: For On-Site service, we charge $135 per hour, with 1 hour minimal. There is no travel fee if you are within the Northern Virginia Area. We bill to the nearest half-hour, rounded up.
Question: What if I need a part for my computer?
Answer: When scheduling the on-site we will ask you what problem you are having. Please be as descriptive as possible, as this will help us ensure we bring a proprietary part with us if necessary. All technicians going on-site carry universally standard replacement parts for PCs and Laptops, and we do not mark up parts that are brought on-site.
