CedarPC' SERVICE PRICING GUIDE*

CedarPC uses a "Flat Rate" pricing model for in store repairs.
This means that you pay a single fee to have your computer fixed, instead of paying by the hour. This benefits you because whether we spend one hour or seven, you pay the same amount.

CedarPC also has a "If we couldn't fix it, you don't pay for it" policy.
This means that if we cannot fix your computer, you owe us nothing for our time.

Standard Software/hardward Insallation $40 flat fee Software package installations, hardware installations including device drivers (video cards, wireless cards, etc), other peripheral installations (cameras, scanners, printers), installing additional hard drives, etc

Desktop Repair Fee $89 flat fee Labor for Software configuration, operating system installations including device drivers, windows repairs, virus and spyware removal, other peripheral repairs or configurations, set up of recurring backups, etc. *Does not cover Servers*

Laptop Repair Fee $99 flat fee Labor for either hardware or software repair on your laptop. Covers internal and external problems that you may have.

Data Backup Under 1GB $30 flat fee One-time copy of data before an operating system reinstallation or other format, copying data to external media. *Must Be Accompanied with a Desktop or Laptop Repair* 1GB and over is $75 for data transfer.

Data Recovery $300 flat fee Recovering data off of a failed hard drive and restoring it to the media of your choice

On-site @ Home Services $99 flat fee One of our skilled technicians will come to your home, repair your home network, or fix your computer at home. We are also able to provide in home training.
